Just taking a quick break from my #patternwritingmarathon to share a quick Wristlet gift idea!
As usual, my mom had an idea I hadn’t thought of. She suggested a smaller wristlet would be perfect for giving a gift card. I thought “ugh, I’m not making more pattern pieces…” But, I don’t need to! Grab that iPhone/Passport pocket piece and use that as your wristlet body pattern piece! Then use the card pocket as the gift card pocket. Cut the zipper to 5.5″ and look what you get! Perfect for a gift card!

I also made her an Easy Zippy Pouch as a coin purse, but I made it a little bit bigger than the one in the tutorial. It’s 4.75″ wide by 3.25″ tall and also fits a gift card! (So cut to 6.5″ tall by 5.75″ wide.)
And I didn’t even quilt this one! Super easy!

So there you go, some more easy options for your gift-giving this season!

I just love love love you patterns and ideas. You just strike a cord every time with me. Love the little set. Anyone would love a set like that!
